Let's be honest, being in front of a camera can be intimidating. Ironically, I can relate because I'm not a fan of having my own photo taken. This unique understanding of the nerves involved allows me to approach my work with a gentle touch, ensuring you feel at ease and showcasing your best angles.

My Process
Photographing weddings, events, and couples is an artful endeavor that extends beyond capturing visually stunning images. As a dedicated wedding photographer, I approach each assignment with a deep sense of responsibility, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in your special day without any worries.
My photography equipment includes two Nikon D850 cameras, enabling me to seamlessly switch between lenses without interrupting the flow of the moment. With dual memory cards in each camera, every photo is duplicated, ensuring a reliable backup in case of any unforeseen circumstances. To accommodate various lighting conditions throughout an 8-10 hour wedding day, both cameras are equipped with high-speed flashes paired with MagMod diffusers. While natural light holds a special place in my heart, it is essential to be prepared for all lighting scenarios.
During the wedding day, I carry a strap bag containing extra memory cards and batteries, eliminating the need for frequent trips to my camera bag. This meticulous approach ensures I am always ready to capture every important moment without disruption.
Immediately after the event, I upload the photographs to two external hard drives as a precautionary measure. Additionally, the memory cards remain safely stored until the final gallery is delivered. I firmly believe that if the photos are not backed up in at least three locations, they may as well not exist at all.
Within 72 hours, if not sooner, I provide sneak peeks of the event, allowing you to promptly share highlights on social media without resorting to smartphone images. Despite the remarkable advancements in technology, nothing surpasses the quality of full-framed camera captures.
All photographs are delivered through a personalized, digital high-resolution gallery tailored to your specific needs. I guarantee a minimum of 50 photos per hour, although there is no limit to the number of images provided. Additionally, you will receive print rights to all the photos, granting you the option to order high-quality prints directly through the gallery.

How Do I Book You For Our Wedding Day?
To begin the booking process, kindly reach out to me with your inquiry by clicking the ‘Get in Touch’ button below. It would be fantastic if you could provide as much information as possible, such as your wedding location, the size of your event, and the package you're interested in.
For clients located in the Wilmington, North Carolina area, I offer the option of meeting in person before finalizing the booking. We can have a relaxed chat over a cup of coffee and discuss your wedding day in detail. However, please note that this meeting is not mandatory, especially if you're situated in a different part of the country or state. If preferred, we can also arrange a convenient phone call or Zoom meeting to ensure seamless communication regardless of your location. The goal is to establish a comfortable connection and address any concerns you may have before moving forward.
Once we've settled all the details, I will provide you with a contract and request a deposit. To secure your chosen date, a signing fee of 40% of the total amount is required. The remaining balance is due one week prior to your wedding. Please keep in mind that the date will only be reserved once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid.
Approximately one to two months before your wedding, I will share a Google Doc with you. This collaborative document allows you to input your desired shot list and wedding day timeline. It ensures that we capture all the important group photos without missing a beat. You have the flexibility to provide as much detail as you prefer, or we can keep it more relaxed if that's more your style. On the day of your wedding, I will bring a printed copy of the document and have a digital version on my phone, enabling us to check off each shot as we go.
I am always available to assist you and answer any questions leading up to your special day. If you need suggestions for vendors or timelines, please don't hesitate to let me know.
